Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, expired, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Refrigerated products (vaccines, insulin)
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Prescription medicines (unless damaged/expired)

How to Return

  1. Go to "My Orders" and select the order
  2. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup within 48 hours
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after pickup

Refund Modes

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your bank account or wallet.
